Grid magnets, also known as grate, tube, bar, grill or hopper magnets, are manufactured from food-grade stainless steel tubes and designed for hygienic magnetic separation of powders and granules. Tubes are seal-welded, polished, and spaced to maintain optimal material flow while capturing ferrous contaminants.
Features & Applications
- 12.5–72 mm tubes; effective radius 10–50 mm.
- Suitable for hoppers and chutes handling flour, spices, and granules; HACCP Magsep compliant.
- Available as loose tubes, housed drawer grids, and framed grids with toggle clamps.
